Job Description

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the
company's goals and objectives. Ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and
services while maintaining quality standards.

2. Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and
establish long-term relationships with key vendors. Monitor supplier performance, resolve
issues, and conduct periodic supplier evaluations.

3. Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and
delivery speed. Conduct negotiations to obtain favourable terms and conditions, including
pricing, payment terms, and warranties.
 

4. Purchase Orders and Contracts: Prepare and review purchase orders and contracts, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Collaborate with
internal stakeholders, including project managers and designers, to determine procurement
needs.

5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock availability, and ensure timely
replenishment of materials to support ongoing projects. Implement inventory control
measures to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
