<div>Role &ndash; Asst. Manager HR Location:</div> <div>Dadar, Mumbai Experience: 5-8 years</div> <div>Availability: Immediate Joiner Preferred</div> <div>Job Description</div> <div>1. HR Operations: &bull; Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. &bull; Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. &bull; Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.</div> <div>2. Business HR Partnering: &bull; Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand HR needs and provide strategic HR support. &bull; Assist in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. &bull; Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee-related matters, fostering effective communication and engagement.</div> <div>3. Recruitment: &bull; Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. &bull; Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and attract top talent. &bull; Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a positive and engaging experience.</div> <div>4. Data Management &amp; Analysis: &bull; Maintain and analyze HR metrics, including recruitment effectiveness, employee turnover, and engagement levels. &bull; Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. &bull; Utilize HR analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall HR practices.</div> <div>5. Employee Relations: &bull; Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture. &bull; Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR-related issues, ensuring fair treatment and compliance. &bull; Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including feedback surveys and recognition programs.</div> <div>6. Performance Management: &bull; Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals. &bull; Good knowledge on KRA&rsquo;s &amp; KPI management &amp; also understands the matrix and calculations of the same. &bull; Support the development and implementation of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications:</div> <div>✓ 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, business HR partnering, recruitment, and data management. ✓ Strong proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. ✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. ✓ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ✓ High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.</div>
