<div>Job Description</div>
<div>1. HR Operations: • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring data integrity across all HR systems.</div>
<div>2. Business HR Partnering: • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand HR needs and provide strategic HR support. • Assist in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee-related matters, fostering effective communication and engagement.</div>
<div>3. Recruitment: • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. • Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and attract top talent. • Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a positive and engaging experience.</div>
<div>4. Data Management & Analysis: • Maintain and analyze HR metrics, including recruitment effectiveness, employee turnover, and engagement levels. • Generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Utilize HR analytics tools to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall HR practices.</div>
<div>5. Employee Relations: • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture. • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR-related issues, ensuring fair treatment and compliance. • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including feedback surveys and recognition programs.</div>

Performance Management: • Assist in managing the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is fair, transparent, and aligned with organizational goals. • Good knowledge on KRA’s & KPI management & also understands the matrix and calculations of the same. • Support the development and implementation of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.</div>

<div>Qualifications:</div>
<div>✓ 5-8 years of experience in HR operations, business HR partnering, recruitment, and data management. ✓ Strong proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis. ✓ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. ✓ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. ✓ High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.</div>
