Role Title: AVP/DVP

Reporting to: Head Compliance (Sanjiv Gyani)

Team details: 3-4 people

New role / Replacement role: New role

Location: Mumbai BKC

 

Brief background about the role:

• Providing legal and related strategic advice regarding the actions and measures necessary to
• Keep track of existing laws and changes to laws governing capital markets, SEBI etc. as applicable to the Company
• Advice and implement corporate restructuring, joint ventures, acquisitions, other critical

business transactions

• Proactive legal support and partnering with business and functions by regular review and

collaborative engagement.

 

       •     Likely candidate pool: NBFC

       •      Education: LAW

       •      Experience: Min 10+ years

       •      Compensation: 35 LPA

• Building & leveraging relationships
• Should have the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proven leadership and team mentoring
• An experience of 8 to 15 years in Legal, out of which 4 to 5 years should be from an NBFC.

• Strong understanding of the Non-Litigation matters related to the NBFC domain with very good communication skills.
