Job Summary

This role is responsible for redefining how software is built using AI agents. The Agentic SDLC Engineer owns systems where prompts become production-ready code, auto-generated tests are produced, and specifications translate directly into working systems. The focus is on building a high-velocity, AI-native development lifecycle while ensuring cost efficiency, reliability, and production-grade quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agent-driven software development workflows.
• Build systems that convert specifications into deployable code.
• Develop large language model (LLM)-assisted code generation frameworks.
• Optimize compute usage, inference cost, and performance.
• Own Developer Experience (DevEx) systems including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and build pipelines.
• Implement evaluation pipelines for generated code.
• Drive agentic SDLC adoption across teams.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code.

Qualifications

• Internal platform engineering or developer tooling experience.
• Experience building CI/CD systems.
• Exposure to machine learning (ML) infrastructure or compute optimization.
• AI-assisted development or automation experience.
• Ownership of production systems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Programming languages: Python, Java, Node.js.
  • Experience with Claude and Cursor workflows.
  • Development with Model Component Prefix (MCP).
  • Knowledge of GitHub Actions and build systems.
  • Familiarity with LLM code generation frameworks.
  • Understanding of evaluation pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Model serving experience.
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) optimization knowledge.
