•    Should have worked in a startup for min 2 years and max of 5 years<br /> •    Should have been through min of 2 rounds of funds raise<br /> •    Should have worked on conditions precedent and conditions subsequent clauses of transaction documents<br /> •    Should understand the concept of AVM (Affirmative Voting matters)<br /> •    Should have worked with compliance teams of investors (VCs / PEs / other investors)<br /> •    Should understand the FEMA requirements when raising funds<br /> •    Should be well versed with audit related requirements and should have seen a minimum of 2 cycles of audits<br /> •    Should be able to work with low levels of supervision<br /> •    Should have understanding of contract and commercial laws – should be able to review contracts and be comfortable in dealing with law firms<br /> •    Should have understanding of compliances to be taken care of by companies (labour laws / local laws etc)<br /> •    Should have worked with banks in enabling signatories and other authorisations<br /> •    Should be a problem solver – must have excellent collaboration and communication skills<br />
