Thank you so much for sharing with us the detailed download on the Head of Fixed Income role.
Our understanding of the role is as follows:
·Looking for an incumbent with 15+ years of experience in Fixed Income Dealing and Fund Management.
·The role will report to the CIO - Rahul Bhuskute and will be based out in BKC HO, Mumbai.
·The incumbent shall be engaged in managing policy holders & ULIP funds while generating optimal risk adjusted returns on the same.
·Compensation: 90 to 95 LPA on Fixed CTC.
·Pool to be tapped: Open to considering candidates from top Life Insurance and AMCs.
