Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across junior to mid-senior roles. • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals). • Drive campus hiring and internship programs — from setting up partnerships with colleges to running selection processes and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring strategy. • Drive efficient and quick hiring processes without compromising on talent quality. • Implement tools, systems, and processes to scale hiring as Eternz grows. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Eternz as a top destination for talent. • (Optional add-on if needed) Support basic HRBP responsibilities — onboarding, culture initiatives, and employee engagement. What We’re Looking For • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in startups / high-growth environments. • Proven track record of closing roles quickly across functions (tech, product, operations, business, CX). • Experience running campus placement drives and intern hiring programs. • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills; comfortable hiring for both volume and niche roles. • Hands-on, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership setup. • A people-first approach with strong stakeholder management skills.
