Job Summary

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer at Tribe, you will be the technical cornerstone of our team, tackling complex challenges and developing AI-driven solutions. This role is highly dynamic with no fixed responsibilities; you will engage in various projects like building AI interviewers, AI SDRs, programmatic SEO agents, and AI concierges. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping the future of our platform and achieving our vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions across various projects.
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex technical challenges.
• Innovate programmatic SEO and AI concierge services.
• Manage AWS infrastructure and ensure robust system architecture.
• Integrate and manage APIs, focusing on seamless data flow.
• Participate actively in strategic discussions and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AWS Infrastructure Management.
  • Strong knowledge of TypeScript Development.
  • Experience with React.js and Next.js frameworks.
  • Skilled in API Integration and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with SQL Database Management and Supabase API Integration.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in building AI agents and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Enthusiasm for building systems over following pre-set processes.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-stack development and AI technologies.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore
• Work Setting: In-office, with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
