About the Role:<br />
The Client Servicing and Research role will be responsible for managing client relationships,<br />
providing outstanding service, and conducting in-depth research to support strategic<br />
decision-making. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships,<br />
implementing new programs that will increase business revenue potentials and minimise<br />
churn rates.<br />

Required Skills:<br />
Client Servicing:<br />
● Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs,<br />
and ensuring timely and effective communication.<br />
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular interactions,<br />
meetings, and proactive outreach.<br />
● Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions to meet their specific<br />
needs, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.<br />
● Anticipate client concerns or issues and proactively address them to maintain high<br />
levels of satisfaction and retention.<br />
● Manage ad hoc qualitative research requests by the client.<br />
● Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to<br />
timelines, budgets, and quality standards.<br />
● Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to deliver solutions that meet or<br />
exceed client expectations.<br />
● Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation<br />
strategies to ensure successful outcomes.<br />
● Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders on project<br />
status, milestones, and key deliverables.<br />
● Assist in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry studies to<br />
identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.<br />
● Help gather and analyse data from various sources to provide insights and<br />
recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.<br />
● Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards summarising research<br />
findings and actionable insights.<br />
● Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to<br />
provide timely and relevant information to clients.</div>
<div>● Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies to<br />
improve the efficiency and effectiveness of client servicing and research activities.<br />
● Solicit feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for<br />
improvement and implement actionable solutions.<br />
● Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative<br />
approaches to client servicing and research.</div>
<div>Soft Requirements:<br />
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field;<br />
Master's degree preferred.<br />
● Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or research roles<br />
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data<br />
from multiple sources.<br />
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical<br />
information in a clear and concise manner.<br />
● Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve<br />
conflicts, and address client needs effectively.<br />
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with<br />
data analysis tools and research methodologies.<br />
● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage<br />
deadlines, and multitask effectively.<br />
● Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and<br />
