WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS? Primary Responsibilities: ● Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. ● Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees. And promoters ● Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. ● Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. ● Developing in-depth knowledge of company products. ● Maintaining relationships with key accounts like Ratnadeep, Vijyetha, Ushodhaya and other stand alone MT outlets ● Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. ● Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. ● Planning and implementing sales strategies, to increase market share and profitability in your region ● Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales across large ● format retail and GT business ● Responsible to drive the P&L for the entire retail vertical in your region ● Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs. ● Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, andmarket success. SKILL REQUIRED ● Sales Experience - 12-15 yrs ● The candidate must have good knowledge about Hyderabad, Vizag and Vijayawada markets ● Candidate must have worked with retail partners like Ratnadeep, Vijetha, Ushodhaya and other stand alone chains in the region ● P&L management ● Managed a team of sales officers, DSRs, merchandisers and promoters ● WHAT WILL YOU GET? ● Fast paced growth in startup FMCG space. ● Mentorship from senior people / board members / in house experts ● Ability to think strategically and lead. ● Key involvement in shaping the overall course of the startup and the customer experience at Wholsum Foods.
