As a PPC – Manager primary roles & responsibility is involving IPEC’s production planning control, capacity utilization with respect to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949;2016 & Automotive & Non-Automotive CSR. I. Experience • Minimum 12 years of experience in production planning control. • Proven experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Proficiency in production planning software and tools. II. Job Description • Interact with Sales for demand and forecast. • Develop detailed Monthly, Weekly Production schedules. • Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. • Ensure the customer demands and fluctuations, drive the CFT towards meeting it. • Derive the Material Requirement Plan. • Monitor daily inventory and take pro active actions to the bottle necks. • Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, stores and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. • Plan Capacity as per the customer demand and business requirement. • Ensure the capacity utilization as per the targets. • Ensuring Overall Equipment Efficiency targets. • Drive Daily and Weekly review Meetings. • Prepare MIS reports.
