The role ensures full regulatory adherence to SEBI and global standards, fostering a strong culture of compliance and corporate governance across domestic and international entities.</span></span></span></span></span></p>

<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Oversee regulatory compliance for operations in GIFT City and ensure alignment with IFSCA regulations and reporting requirements.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Manage offshore fund compliance, including coordination with international custodians, trustees, and global regulators.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>
<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Draft, review, and file Scheme Information Documents (SIDs) and related submissions with SEBI; manage approvals and ensure accuracy of disclosures.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Manage periodic and ad-hoc filings with SEBI, AMFI, FIU, RBI, and other relevant authorities, including under PMLA.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

<li style="margin-bottom:11px"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="tab-stops:list 36.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Oversee policy creation, updates, and implementation of new compliance frameworks.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li>

<span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">• 15+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the Asset Management / Mutual Fund industry.<br />
• Deep understanding of SEBI, AMFI, and IFSCA regulations and AMC compliance frameworks.<br />
• Proven expertise in Mutual Fund, AIF, PMS, and Offshore compliance.<br />
• Strong experience in managing regulatory inspections, audits, and correspondence with SEBI and global regulators.<br />
• Exceptional stakeholder management and governance reporting capabilities.<br />
• Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to build and strengthen compliance culture across business lines.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
