Roles & Responsibilities: ● Achievetheset business targets by sourcing new clients, cross-selling, up-selling, reference-selling and ad-insert sales. ● Preparetimely reports on market trends and competition and to analyze threats in the market and to monitor functional profitability. ● Coordinate with all teams for smooth processing of orders. ● Achievesales target through institutional business. ● Incorporate brand name into a corporate gifting scheme, trade scheme, employee gifting, etc. ● Monitoring &forecasting sales, maintaining sales pipeline data. ● Expandingtheinstitutional business in existing & new customers. ● Workingonleadgeneration and ensuring the closing of provided leads to achieve sales. ● Tracking competition in the assigned region. ● Adheretothetravel plan as per PJP / beat plan and budget. ● Appointinstitutional dealers who sell to corporates. ● Organizeproduct display into corporates, premium institutions, PSUs etc.
