Qapita plans to leverage its platform to enter the US market as well. Qapita is a Series A funded company backed by marquee institutions and angel investors. Job Description: Qapita is looking for a Head of Marketing with prior experience working in B2B SaaS startups based in Chennai/ Bangalore/ Pune to drive all Marketing initiatives at Qapita globally – more specifically for the US GTM. The role would involve: • Define the overall Marketing Strategy for the group aligned with the business objectives and the group’s global expansion plans. • Play an integral role in the US GTM and creating a strong inbound funnel. • Planning and executing end to end organization’s marketing efforts including website (SEO/SEM), Performance Marketing, Social Media, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Events, PR etc. working closely with the internal team and third party agencies • Design and roll-out frequent communication like newsletters, social media posts, program updates, campaign reports and blog posts. Co-ordinate with partners, agencies and internal team to curate, refine and publish content of all forms. • Execute Product Marketing campaigns working closely with product and sales teams. • Manage a community of startups, service providers and other partners, generate valueadds for each participant positioning Qapita product features • Increase visibility of Qapita group and build a brand among startups and partners Job Requirements: • Educational Background – Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree. • 6 - 10 years of proven work experience in marketing leadership roles in SaaS Startups with a focus on US markets. • Background in performance marketing across prior roles – with demonstrated ability to create an inbound funnel. • Prior experiences of working with marketing automation tools and applications such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Google Ads etc. • Ability to build and lead teams and take ownership of org-wide marketing OKRs. • Ability to collaborate across functions including Product, Sales, Demand Generation and the leadership to achieve tangible results. • Strong sense of ownership, ability to operate independently to deliver results and bias for action
