Job Description

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Identity • Lead brand naming, positioning, and narrative development • Define target demographics and psychographics across life stages • Build and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide (visual and verbal) • Own packaging design and brand expression across physical and digital assets Consumer Research & Insights • Conduct qualitative customer interviews and research • Translate insights into messaging frameworks, objection handling, and content themes • Build a Voice-of-Customer playbook used across ads, PDPs, and lifecycle marketing Content & Creative Direction • Own all brand content across website, ads, packaging, and organic channels • Lead creative briefs for photoshoots, video, and UGC production • Build a scalable creative library for paid, organic, and lifecycle reuse Compliance & Credibility • Ensure all copy and content is FDA/FTC compliant • Partner with medical and regulatory advisors on claims and education • Maintain zero compliance issues across brand assets • Lead and coordinate trademark searches and filings for brand names, logos, and key brand assets across priority markets, in partnership with legal counsel Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Growth and Platform teams to ensure funnel congruency • Coordinate with Supply/Ops teams for packaging execution
