Role Objective: The Manager/Sr Manager, Investor Relations will assist the Investor Relations Head in executing the company’s investor relations strategy. This includes analysing, preparing and communicating data and information to current and potential investors. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical & financial acumen, excellent excel & ppt skills & good communication & skills. An experience or understanding of the equity markets is also useful. This role would need to work with various internal teams such as finance, corporate strategy, legal, corporate planning, sales and corporate development teams. Job description: · · Help prepare financial reports, earnings releases, and other key company announcements Help organize and manage investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations, including quarterly earnings calls and annual general meetings · Monitor market trends, competitor/peer performance, and analyst reports to provide insights and strategic recommendations · Monitor the company’s shareholder base and investment trends to identify opportunities and challenges · Manage investor relations materials, including investor presentations, fact sheets, and the investor relations section of the company’s website. · Collaborate with the finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and consistency in messaging Job Specification: Basic Qualification: Education: MBA finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in investor relations, finance, investment banking, or related fields Desired profile: -Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and equity markets. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
