Chief Growth Officer (CGO)

Job Summary

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) will play a pivotal role in leading faithTech efforts to enhance customer growth, drive revenue expansion, improve retention rates, and establish strategic partnerships. This position is responsible for crafting and executing the growth strategy while collaborating with various teams including Product, Marketing, Technology, and Business to scale FaithTech platform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's growth and revenue strategy.
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and enhance customer lifetime value.
• Lead performance marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), referral, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Partner with Product teams to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
• Build strategic partnerships with temples, spiritual organizations, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, monetization models, and growth channels.
• Establish growth metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth and partnerships team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Growth, Marketing, Revenue, or Business Leadership roles.
• Proven success in scaling consumer internet, marketplace, fintech, or digital platform businesses.
• Strong expertise in performance marketing, retention, partnerships, and data analytics.
• Strategic thinker with superior execution capabilities and Profit & Loss (P&L) orientation.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience in the Hindu spiritual or religious sector.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in relevant roles, with a track record of growth accomplishments.
