Job Description: Office Manager Company: LoEstro Advisors Location: Hyderabad (In-Office, Full-Time) Experience: 1-3 years in an administrative, office management, or executive assistant role About LoEstro Advisors: LoEstro Advisors is a boutique investment banking firm specializing in education and healthcare. With a highly focused team spread across three locations, we advise mid-sized companies on growth, fundraising, M&A, and strategic partnerships. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee office operations and provide executive support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all our offices (Hyderabad and Bangalore) while assisting the leadership team with administrative and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Office Management - Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships - Ensure smooth office operations, including cleanliness, IT support coordination, and basic troubleshooting - Handle day-to-day office expenses, petty cash, and invoice processing 2. Executive Support & Calendar Management - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership - Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and visitor arrangements - Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for key tasks 3. Client & Guest Coordination - Act as the first point of contact for clients, investors, and partners visiting the office - Arrange hospitality, including food, gifts, and other meeting essentials - Manage conference room bookings and meeting logistics 4. Database & Documentation Management - Maintain and update client and investor databases - Ensure proper filing and documentation of important business records - Assist in drafting and formatting reports, presentations, and proposals 5. Event & Logistics Support - Organize team events, off-sites, and celebrations - Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for team members - Manage procurement of corporate gifts, festival hampers, and other requirements Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in office management, executive assistance, or administrative roles - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
