Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Cloud Developer Lead to drive the engineering vision and delivery of our Cloud & GenAI Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role involves building platforms and solutions like Cloud Studio, GenAI Studio, and AgentVerse. It combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring best-in-class cloud-native solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and GenAI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Ownership: Lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of the Cloud Studio platform.
• Platform Innovation: Contribute to building and scaling GenAI Studio and AgentVerse platforms, shaping enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a development team of 10+ members, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering growth.
• Best Practices & Quality: Establish and enforce software engineering best practices, including code reviews, design reviews, and peer-to-peer evaluations to ensure quality and scalability.
• Collaboration: Partner with engineers, architects, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
• GenAI Culture: Drive a culture of GenAI exploration and adoption within the team, enabling developers to upskill and incorporate GenAI capabilities into the development lifecycle.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), test automation, and performance optimization to achieve engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full Stack Cloud Development, with proven hands-on experience in building and deploying solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), including serverless, microservices, containers, and APIs.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Expertise in back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Experience leading mid-to-large development teams, balancing technical leadership with people management.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance in enterprise-grade software delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts, frameworks, or platforms.
• (Mentorship will be provided; the right candidate will be guided to build expertise in GenAI while on the job.)

Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experience in Bangalore as a Full-Time Employee (FTE).
