Job Summary

We are seeking an ML Engineer with strong expertise in deploying, monitoring, and managing machine learning pipelines on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the Data Engineering team and the ML team, ensuring seamless integration of ML models into production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models on Snowflake.
• Design and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Utilize MLflow for experiment tracking, model registry, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers on data ingestion, transformations, and creation of model-ready datasets.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) for ML, model versioning, and reproducibility.
• Support performance tuning of ML models and pipelines.
• Provide governance and documentation for ML workflows.
• Engage in ML pipeline design, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Key Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ML workflow orchestration and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake, including Snowpark and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with MLflow for experiment tracking and model management.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and PySpark).
  • Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (GitHub), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Airflow/Databricks).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data ingestion and transformation strategies.
• Knowledge of additional machine learning frameworks and tools.

Experience

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.

Environment

• Mode: C2C / Remote.
• Open to immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 10 days.

Salary

• Estimated budget: 1.5 LPM + GST.
