Job Summary

The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, inventory forecasting, and vendor management. This role is essential in ensuring that materials and products are procured efficiently to meet the demands of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory forecasting.
• Utilize Unicommerce inventory management tool for effective supply chain operations.
• Develop and manage procurement processes and vendor development for raw materials, with a focus on agro products such as gummies, pectin, sugar, etc.
• Ensure the procurement of packaging materials, including sachets, stand-up pouches, and cardboard boxes.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to align with business needs.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years in supply chain and procurement, preferably in D2C (Direct to Consumer) or startup environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience with Unicommerce (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of procurement processes for raw materials and packaging materials.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agro product procurement.
• Familiarity with logistics and inventory forecasting tools other than Unicommerce.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management and procurement.

Environment

• Location: 12/22, Second Floor, East Patel Nagar, Central Delhi, Delhi, 110008.
• Work Mode: 6 days a week, work from office.
