Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will possess 10–15 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on implementation and architecture design within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role will focus on translating business strategies into scalable ServiceNow solutions through effective collaboration and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions focusing on EA modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and future roadmaps.
• Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive stakeholder workshops, create architecture documentation, and manage governance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architecting ServiceNow implementations for EA modules.
• Strong understanding of ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and AI Agent within ServiceNow.
• Expertise in data modeling, ServiceNow architecture patterns, and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) integration.
• Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management skills.

Experience

• 10–15 years of overall experience, specifically with hands-on implementation and architecture in ServiceNow.

Environment

• Work-from-office (WFO) with a Hybrid setup.
• Locations: Noida, Bangalore, Pune.
