Job Summary

The AWS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role is critical in ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is optimized, secure, and scalable to meet the demands of our organization and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AWS cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AWS cloud services for performance and security.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support and guidance to junior developers and team members regarding AWS best practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong understanding of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Knowledge of database management systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch and ELK Stack.
