Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors. This role involves effectively communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers and proactively reach out to potential clients while diligently following up on leads.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to cultivate customer leads.
- Understand the unique needs of customers and identify lucrative sales opportunities.
- Respond comprehensively to customer inquiries and promptly deliver supplementary information.
- Stay informed about product and service updates to ensure in-depth product knowledge.
- Manage and update a comprehensive customer database systematically.
- Effectively explain and demonstrate the distinctive features of our products and services.
- Stay updated on competing products and services, positioning our offerings effectively.
- Execute upselling strategies for our products and services skillfully.
- Conduct rigorous research to qualify new leads.
- Demonstrate a stellar track record in closing sales and consistently achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-5 years in a similar role within the Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors (preferable but not mandatory).
- Enthusiasm for working in a target-oriented environment.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding customer service abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a valuable asset.
- Proactivity: A keen understanding of timelines and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
- Attitude: Proactive and tenacious attitude with a relentless pursuit of objectives.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Memory: A remarkable memory to drive multiple conversations effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in additional sectors outside of the specified ones could be beneficial.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
Experience
1-5 years in a relevant sales role, preferably in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance sectors.
Environment
- Work Schedule: This is a 6-day work-week role with mandatory weekend work as maximum action in Real Estate occurs on Saturdays/Sundays.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the Bangalore region.
