Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong experience in plant finance and operating within ERP/SAP environments.
• Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management techniques.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, audit processes, and financial controls.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership ability, communication skills, and a process improvement mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, engineering, automotive, FMCG, or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with IND AS and operational finance partnering.
