Job Summary

The Senior Associate – Oracle CPQ will play a crucial role in addressing complex business challenges and driving the execution of strategies across various teams. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships.
• Manage the Quote-to-Cash / CRM-to-ERP process with a focus on enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Support and guide teams in Product Configuration, Pricing Setups, and Report generation.
• Lead and contribute to a minimum of two end-to-end implementation cycles.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in relevant fields with 2 minimum end-to-end implementation cycles.
• Functional Skills:
  • Expertise in Quote-to-Cash / CRM-to-ERP cycles.
  • Strong knowledge in Product Configuration, Rules, Commerce Process, and Pricing Setups.
  • Advanced experience with BML queries, formulas, BOM, and Price Book setup.
  • Salesforce/Oracle Service Cloud/CRM integration experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in BML, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services.
  • Experience with Document Designer and XSL snippets.
  • Web-service integration capabilities with ERP and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with various CRM platforms and advanced automation tools would be beneficial.
