Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced OSvC Developer to drive implementation, customization, and integration of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. Strong hands-on experience with both BUI and Agent Desktop is essential.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom scripts, event handlers, and workflows in OSvC.
• Customize OSvC Customer Portal using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, and data objects in OSvC.
• Build and support REST API-based integrations with external systems.
• Work across BUI and Agent Desktop environments for both functional and technical enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable OSvC solutions.
