<p><b>Business Development Associate</b></p>
<p><b>Location:</b> Nagapure, Bengaluru (6 Days Work - Week)</p>

<p>We are a Bengaluru-based scrap dealing and recycling company, specializing in collecting,</p>
<p>reprocessing, and supplying high-quality raw materials—such as aluminium, plastic granules,</p>
<p>and other recyclable elements—to manufacturing companies across India. Our operations</p>
<p>follow sustainable practices, enabling a cleaner environment while meeting industry demand for</p>
<p>cost-effective, quality raw materials.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<p>● Identify, develop, and manage <b>B2B client relationships</b> with manufacturing and</p>
<p>industrial companies.</p>
<p>● Source business opportunities with buyers for recycled raw materials like aluminium,</p>
<p>plastic granules, etc.</p>
<p>● Conduct market research to identify demand trends, competitor activities, and pricing</p>
<p>strategies.</p>
<p>● Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.</p>
<p>● Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.</p>
<p>● Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to expand client base.</p>
<p>● Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.</p>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<p>● 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the <b>manufacturing, metals, or</b></p>
<p><b>recycling sector</b>.</p>
<p>● Strong knowledge of scrap trading, recycling processes, or industrial raw material</p>
<p>supply is an advantage.</p>
<p>● Proven ability to meet sales targets and build long-term client relationships.</p>
<p>● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</p>
<p>● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.</p>
