Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Team Lead – Full Stack to drive the end-to-end development of robust web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Node.js and React, cloud experience with AWS, and proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver scalable full-stack applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to build high-quality web and mobile platforms.
• Drive end-to-end architecture, design, development, and deployment of solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor team members and contribute to performance reviews and hiring decisions.
• Take ownership of team deliverables and timelines, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 to 14 years of overall experience in software development.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Expertise in Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and experience with MongoDB.
• Proven experience in web and mobile application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to mobile frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
