Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud, Connected Apps, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. The selected candidate will play a key role in transitioning a high-traffic Salesforce project from an existing vendor to our team, ensuring robust performance, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud applications.
• Design and manage high-volume data operations with a focus on performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Enforce best practices in code quality, deployment (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment), and version control.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards and governor limits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) and Connected Apps.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Deep understanding of API/REST/SOAP-based integrations.
• Familiarity with ERP integration projects.
• Expertise in bulk processing, governor limits, and Salesforce performance tuning.
• Strong command of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield or other security features.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.

Environment

• On-site position located in Bangalore.
• Shift timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST.
