Skills and Qualifications:

·         Technical Skills:

o    Proven experience working with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and integration technologies.

o    Strong knowledge of HL7 and healthcare data standards.

o    Experience in developing and managing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.

o    Familiarity with integration patterns and technologies, such as MQ, ESB, and ETL tools.

o    Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and related development frameworks.

o    Experience with UltraGenda, PeopleSoft, IMS Maxims, and other healthcare systems is a plus.

·         Analytical Skills:

o    Strong problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues.

o    Ability to analyze and interpret integration requirements, aligning technical solutions with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

·         Development & Support:

o    Develop, configure, and support IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) to integrate various applications and services.

o    Work with APIs and HL7 services to ensure smooth data exchange between internal systems and external entities.

o    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of the integrations.

o    Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and maintain integration solutions for UltraGenda, PeopleSoft, IMS Maxims, and other integrated systems.

·         System Integration & API Management:

o    Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design solutions that meet both technical and business needs.

o    Ensure data synchronization between the customer’s environment and those of its private medical insurer clients and affiliates.

o    Perform testing and validation to ensure integrations are functioning properly across all systems and APIs.

·         Monitoring & Optimization:

o    Continuously monitor system performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement in the integration flows.

o    Implement and maintain logging and error-handling mechanisms to proactively detect and resolve integration issues.

·         Documentation & Compliance:

o    Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, including technical specifications, configuration settings, and support procedures.

o    Ensure integration solutions comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards (such as HL7 compliance).

·         Collaboration:

o    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and support teams, to ensure the alignment of integration solutions with business needs.

o    Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users and clients, offering timely resolutions to integration-related issues.
