We will be building tools for traders to help them stick to their rules with ease.<br /> The founders:<br /> ● Abhinandan - Founder and CEO<br /> Abhinandan is a senior leader with 13 years of experience across Consulting and Startups. He began his career in Consulting at KPMG and transitioned to startups back in 2015. He was an early employee at Swiggy and spent 5 years across Finance, Business, Strategy, Growth, HR, CEO’s Office etc. contributing and witnessing the Unicorn journey. Post that, he was one of the 5 people running an Indonesian startup in the Fintech Industry.<br /> Also an active trader for the last 5-6 years managing a personal trading capital of ~$150K.<br /> ● Prashanth - Co-Founder and CPTO<br /> Prashanth is a leader who spent his early years at Verizon. Being a Computer Science Engineer, he was the founding member at Verizon’s data and AI team back in 2013 [Before AI was a fad :) ] He holds patents to his name for User Emotion Recognition and has witnessed a scale of 85M+ users.<br /> Prashanth is also a trader and has built several algo trading bots over the last 3 years.<br /> Who we are looking for<br />      <br />  We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Product Manager to join us on our mission to transform the trading journey of millions of retail traders in India and globally<br /> Note: We have a working MVP and have completed our pre-seed fundraise with a VC and few renowned Angels backing us.<br /> As you know, building products from the ground-up is an exciting journey of learning - being agile, open-minded and pivoting quickly as required to achieve PMF as soon as possible!.<br /> We, as founders, have left our high-paying jobs to be doing this because we are passionate about the problem and about building products in general - so we are looking for such like-minded people to join us on this mission!<br /> Please only apply if you are mentally in that stage of your life where you are looking to experience this joy of dealing with uncertainty /ambiguity and overcoming them!<br /> Position Overview:<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br /> ● Deeply understand customer needs and gaps and translate the same into well-articulated design & development requirements and hence scaled solutions.<br /> ● Leverage data and analytics to constantly iterate product and platform development.<br /> ● Work with product designers, user experience specialists, and Engineers to translate the<br /> requirements into live products.<br /> ● Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products and projects by reviewing<br /> specifications and requirements, and coming up with new product ideas and execution road<br /> maps.<br /> ● Evaluate technical options and prepare technical designs (including early prototype<br /> development) that assist all phases of product development, reducing overall risk and cost;<br /> ● Creating a highly engaged cohort of 250+ trader community for Betwizr for user research,<br /> understanding and beta testing.<br /> ● Customer research and validation for new feature and design recommendations<br /> Qualification Requirements:<br /> ● Should be familiar with trading (not investing)<br /> ● 1+ years of experience in the consumer tech industry.<br /> ● Very strong with articulating and defining product specifications<br /> ● Strong proficiency in UI/ UX and a strong attention to detail<br /> ● Should be “customer-obsessed”<br /> ● Hands-on and should have the ability to execute things fast and at scale.<br /> ● Familiar with various third-party design tools. Experience in building design prototypes will be<br /> highly valued.<br /> ● A keen interest in the research process.<br /> ● Being comfortable in talking to customers, engaging and managing all types of interactions<br /> with them.<br /> Entrepreneurial Spirit and Attitude: Must be highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Hustling mentality and a passion for fintech and capital markets is essential.
