Job Summary

The Technofunctional role is designed for an experienced professional with 8 to 10 years of expertise in managing machine learning (ML) engineering projects. This position focuses on overseeing ML initiatives, ensuring effective communication across teams, and driving project execution within the technical environment of ManpowerGroup. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating with stakeholders, managing operational tasks, and providing insights to enhance ML operations.

Responsibilities

• ML Engineering Project Oversight: Understand and manage ML engineering initiatives within the technical environment including Snowflake Cortex, MLflow, and Azure OpenAI.
• Ticket Creation & Management: Create and manage tickets with complete context for ML Operations (ML Ops) and production deployments, ensuring accurate descriptions and proper assignment to relevant teams.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Conduct stakeholder meetings, prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and drive timely follow-ups for issue resolution.
• Technology Understanding: Maintain a strong knowledge of technologies pertinent to ManpowerGroup, including ML platforms, ML engineering, and Generative AI.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely closure of tickets.
• Global Engagement: Partner with regional teams (North America, Europe, etc.) to identify, escalate, and resolve issues effectively.
• Communication & Tracking: Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, including plans, status, risks, and dependencies.
• Project Planning & Monitoring: Ensure effective tracking, planning, and execution of initiatives in collaboration with the Tiger MLE team.
• Reporting: Deliver concise updates on plans, current status, roadblocks, dependencies, and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., MLflow, Azure OpenAI).
  • Experience in data management platforms (e.g., Snowflake Cortex).
  • Understanding of Generative AI technologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Project Management or Machine Learning preferred.
