Job Summary

The Project Architect will lead the architectural design process, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conceptual design through to completion. Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with sustainable design practices and green building certification (e.g., LEED).
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies.
• Knowledge of structural and mechanical systems.
