POSITION SUMMARY: A Junior Graphic Designer at BEHNO NEW YORK will work with our digital marketing<br /> team to produce content and manage online verticals for the e-commerce & digital and front-facing arms of BEHNO<br /> NEW YORK, a luxury handbag and accessories brand from New York City. The position is responsible for delivering<br /> effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creatives for websites, web pages, product graphics (including some art<br /> direction of photography), email promotional creatives, email templates, social media graphics, lookbook, campaign, and<br /> banner ads. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with lead Senior Graphic Designers and relevant ad &<br /> marketing and design teams at BEHNO NEW YORK along with the company’s web development team to execute<br /> elements where relevant.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />

1. Produce and design graphic content, illustrations, infographics for websites, product graphics, web content,<br /> lookbook, social media graphics and banners, creatives for ads in static/gif/video formats, email campaigns,<br /> and email templates.<br />
2. Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery; translate product positioning, existing research, and<br /> offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs and collateral.<br />
3. Generate fresh concepts; work with Senior Graphic Design team members and various marketing and<br /> branding agencies for collective brainstorming.<br />
4. Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice throughout various marketing cadences and verticals.<br />
5. Keep up-to-date with social media & graphic design trends and developments.<br />
6. Have a strong knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design<br /> fundamentals.<br />
7. Have strong creative and analytical skills and a compelling portfolio of graphic design work.<br />
8. Have the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames and<br /> deadlines.<br />
9. Stay organized and be dependable and a detail-oriented team player; work with marketing teams and internal<br /> and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.<br />
10. While some projects may require directing external resources, the role is expected to be hands on.<br />
11. Must be a quick learner with an efficient and high sense of urgency.<br />
12. Other duties as assigned.<br /> QUALIFICATIONS:<br />
13. Working experience with digital design tools (e.g. After Effects/Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,<br /> etc.).<br />
14. Knowledge of international graphic design standards and trends.<br />
15. Ability to create unique, directional, and cutting-edge content including photo, graphic, video, and animation<br /> content.<br />
16. Mandatory proficiency and skills in creating, editing, and working with video content.<br />
17. Strong portfolio of design work and an innate sense of great layout with a strong visual design eye.<br />
18. Strong work ethic and personal accountability; strong attention to detail; strong time management,<br /> organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.<br />
