Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in real estate to design and implement custom Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce technologies and have a proven track record of delivering robust solutions. This role will be crucial in ensuring that our Salesforce implementations meet strategic objectives, particularly within real estate management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that address business requirements, focusing on real estate processes such as property management, customer relationship management for brokers, and lead management.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex code to accommodate a wide range of business needs.
• Build complex Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create rich, interactive user interfaces.
• Perform Salesforce integrations with third-party tools (e.g., property listing platforms, accounting systems) using RESTful APIs, Apex, and middleware tools.
• Ensure deployment solutions adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and version control.
• Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, review, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • Apex
  • Visualforce
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and the ability to build dynamic, high-performance user interfaces.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products, third-party integrations, and data modelling.
• Real estate industry experience is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, Salesforce DX, VS Code, Git, and DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of testing and code coverage best practices.

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience, particularly within the real estate sector.

Environment

• This position can be based in Hyderabad or Indore and will involve a project duration of 6 months.

Salary

• Estimated budget is 130k + GST.
