Job Summary

The Cluster Manager will oversee operations within a designated cluster, ensuring seamless client service delivery, fleet management, team supervision, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in maintaining high customer satisfaction, optimizing costs, and driving business growth through strategic planning and effective team management. The position contributes directly to Lithium’s mission of expanding sustainable mobility solutions and enhancing market share.

Responsibilities

• Client Operations & Service Delivery

  • Collaborate with clients to establish review mechanisms for overall operations.
  • Manage client roster data, ensuring accurate upload into Lithium systems for allocation.
  • Act as the second-level escalation point for customer issues.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports to clients daily/weekly and participate in periodic review meetings.
  • Focus on enhancing customer satisfaction within defined timeframes.

• Fleet & Incident Management

  • Oversee fleet maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Manage vehicle breakdowns and coordinate alternative transportation for clients.
  • Liaise with Lithium’s officers during accidents to expedite vehicle clearance.

• Team Management & Operational Support

  • Handle leave management for Site Managers.
  • Foster a positive work environment for supervisors and drivers.
  • Execute driver engagement activities in collaboration with the Engagement Team.
  • Develop career progression plans for drivers, supervisors, and site managers.

• Business Growth & Efficiency

  • Monitor competition activities and develop strategies to increase transport allocation share.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
  • Good business acumen with understanding of revenue and cost implications.
  • Proficiency in MIS reporting and data analysis.
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Knowledge of fleet management and incident handling.
  • Understanding of compliance and governance standards.
