· Looking for an incumbent with 15 + years of prior experience working in the financial services space who will be responsible for driving and implementing the overall marketing strategy of the company.

· The incumbent must be responsible for the entire gamut of marketing which includes strategizing the entire ATL, BTL and digital marketing business.

· It will be reporting to the EVP - Balkrishna Subramanium and it will be handling a team size of 30 members (4-5 direct reportees)

· Compensation: Fixed: 60 lakhs + Variables - 30% 

· Pool to be tapped: Candidates from the BFSI space (Life Insurance preferred)
