Job Description
- Looking for an incumbent with minimum 15 years of experience (overall), minimum 5 Years as Regional Head / Managing Regions.
- Should have qualified NISM Series V- A
- It will be a team leading function with 9 direct reportees.
- The responsibilities include increasing sales/ AUM of the assigned region, managing and monitoring activities in the assigned region, developing and growing key accounts.
- The role will be based out of Jaipur.
- Compensation: Fixed: 30-35 Lakhs.
Performance based variable pay 43%.
