Role Description
Help shape our sales and growth strategy from Day One—working directly with the founder (Amartya) and our BDM.

What You’ll Do
First Week

Learn our product, pricing, ideal customer profile (ICP), and roadmap

Start cold calling and booking your first demo
First Month

Hit 20+ net qualified demos via cold calling and data-backed outbound strategies

Track metrics, refine your approach, and help improve our sales engine
3 Months & Beyond

Scale to 32+ demos/month

Build trust with prospects, create internal champions, and document playbooks that scale
Core Responsibilities
80% – Cold calling & outbound prospecting

Call decision-makers, pitch CodeAnt AI’s value prop with clarity and confidence

Manage lead pipeline using HubSpot CRM
-
Collaborate with the business team to update every touchpoint and follow-up
20% – Visibility & social presence

Be active on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

Represent the company at events and conferences (occasional travel)
-
Be the face of CodeAnt AI in the developer and startup community
About You
-
You have sharp clarity of thought, strong communication skills, and aren’t afraid to talk to people

You have 1–2 years of experience in BDR/SDR/growth/sales (preferably in tech or DevTools)

You come from a Computer Science background or understand tech buyers well (preferred)

You’re confident, fast-learning, and love being in high-ownership roles

You’re process-driven, keep CRM clean, and track what works

You have a bias for action—you don’t wait, you figure it out
