Job Title: Zonal HRBP – North & East

Role Summary

The Zonal HRBP will act as a strategic partner to business leadership across North & East regions, translating business priorities into impactful people strategies. The role will drive organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, leadership capability, and culture, while leading a team of HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with zonal leadership to design and execute people strategy aligned to business goals
• Drive organization design, workforce planning, and capability building initiatives
• Lead talent management including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs
• Enable strong employee relations and foster a consistent, high-engagement culture
• Support performance management, rewards, and incentive programs
• Ensure HR governance, policy adherence, and compliance across regions
• Leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making
• Lead and develop the HRBP team to deliver high-impact business support

Requirements

• MBA/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 8+ years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure
• Experience in BFSI/insurance or large service organizations preferred
• Proven experience managing large, distributed teams and senior stakeholders
