Job Summary
The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities for Corporate Workplace Interior and Design & Build projects. This role will focus on client acquisition and relationship management, lead generation and pipeline development, as well as strategic account management to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities for workplace interiors and Design & Build projects.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, MNCs, developers, IPCs, PMCs, and corporate real estate and procurement teams.
- Identify strategic accounts and emerging market opportunities.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Build and manage a strong business pipeline while tracking office expansion, leasing activity, and workplace trends.
- Identify upcoming fit-out opportunities through market intelligence and industry networking.

Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to support leadership in key account management initiatives.

Consultant / PMC / IPC Engagement
- Establish relationships across the consultant and corporate real estate ecosystem.
- Improve company visibility within workplace and commercial real estate networks.

Proposal & Pitch Coordination
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and leadership teams for proposals and presentations.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of proposals while participating in client discussions.

Strategic Account Management & Revenue Growth
- Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships, track lead-to-conversion ratios, and improve pipeline quality.

Market Intelligence & Networking
- Monitor market trends, provide strategic market feedback, and represent the organization at industry events.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Workplace Strategy.
- Familiarity with the corporate workplace ecosystem and industry-specific knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal management systems.
Experience
- A minimum of 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Corporate Interiors and Design & Build sectors, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
Environment
- The role is based in Mumbai and is a full-time position. Close coordination with design, estimation, commercial, and project teams is essential to ensure a smooth transition from business acquisition to execution.
