Job Summary
The Strategic Alliance Head is fully responsible and accountable for driving product approvals and coordinating the Distributor central team to achieve Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and sustained revenue expansion for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive Product approvals to ensure timely market entry and compliance.
- Lead efforts in Business Development & Growth identifying new market opportunities and enhancing existing product offerings.
- Oversee Revenue Management strategies to optimize income streams.
- Conduct Market Intelligence & Analytics to inform product strategies and competitive positioning.
- Implement effective communication strategies for both new and existing products.
- Foster Cross-functional Collaboration by working closely with various departments to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Strategic Alliances.
- Strong skills in Market Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on prioritization.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with revenue management practices and strategies.
- Understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
