Software Development Engineer 4

Job Summary

The Software Development Engineer 4 will play a crucial role in the analysis, design, and development of software systems. This position is expected to contribute significantly to the organization’s goals by leveraging advanced technical skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop software systems to meet business requirements.
• Implement and maintain applications using JAVA, JUnit, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop microservices and RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange using JSON and XML.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate applications with cloud environments such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Utilize frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to enhance application performance and scalability.
• Manage and optimize databases, including both RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in software system analysis, design, and development.
• Proficiency in JAVA and JUnit.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, TypeScript, and React.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of database management systems (both RDBMS and NoSQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.

Experience

• A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development and system analysis.

Environment

• This position is based in Bangalore and requires full-time, in-office work.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹3,400,000 per annum.
