Job Summary
We are seeking a high-caliber, dynamic, and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager – BPS Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our BPS footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for hunting new business, managing enterprise accounts, and positioning Writer Information's transformative capabilities to C-suite executives. You will combine an entrepreneurial, go-getter mindset with strong consultative selling skills to design client-focused, highly differentiated solutions that outperform the competition.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Execution: Formulate and execute robust strategic sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed profitable sales targets, focused on securing high-value enterprise deals.
- C-Suite Engagement & Reporting: Define, track, and communicate clear sales goals. Ensure corporate leadership and C-level executives are kept informed with precise progress metrics, pipeline updates, and market outlooks.
- Relationship & Account Management: Build, nurture, and sustain long-lasting, deep-rooted customer relationships. Act as a trusted partner to clients, thoroughly understanding their core business objectives and operational friction points.
- Value-Based Proposition: Craft and deliver compelling, value-backed presentations and commercial proposals that clearly articulate ROI (Return on Investment) and operational excellence.
- Proactive Account De-risking: Pre-empt, identify, and mitigate potential delivery or retention risks within client accounts resulting from volatile market conditions, economic shifts, or leadership changes at the client’s end.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal operations, transition, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of won projects and sustained, scalable organic growth across existing accounts.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Mapping: Constantly track industry-specific trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes. Gather field-level intelligence to actively map out the competitive landscape. Travel to client locations and industry events is expected.
- Service-Line Positioning: Devise and execute targeted individual action plans at the specific service-line level, enhancing Writer Information's brand visibility across India and key global markets.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement across internal sales processes, tracking tools, and commercial operations to reduce sales cycle times and boost conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduation or an MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Sales & Marketing.
- Industry Experience: Proven deal-making and enterprise sales experience, ideally rooted within the Outsourcing, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), or BPM (Business Process Management) industries.
- Network Utilization: Possession of an active, well-established professional network of decision-makers and influencers that can be leveraged from day one to open doors.
- Mindset & Core Competencies: A fierce go-getter mindset balanced with a progressive industry outlook. Exceptional skills in articulation, active listening, strategic negotiation, and corporate presentation.
- End-to-End Deal Ownership: Demonstrated ability to independently steer the enterprise sales lifecycle from initial prospecting and hunting to negotiation, contract closure, and hand-off.
- Product/Service Portrayal: A proven knack for understanding and translating multifaceted service layers, platforms, and products into clear solutions for prospective clients.
- Differentiated Solutioning: Sharp ability to develop highly customized, client-focused, and achievable solutions while skillfully positioning Writer's value proposition against stiff market competition.
- Technical & Transformative Communication: Capable of easily articulating Writer’s technical and digital transformation capabilities (such as BPaaS, Automation/RPA integration, and advanced document workflows) across various service lines to non-technical business buyers.
- Collaborative Dynamics: Highly collaborative nature with a track record of working seamlessly across practice leaders, marketing teams, pre-sales, and disparate service lines to build winning bids.
