Licious is hiring a Finance Manager to join their team in Mumbai. This is a onsite role suited to a senior professional with 7+ years of experience in the D2C space.

About the role
You will own outcomes end to end, working closely with cross-functional partners to ship work that reaches real users. The team values clear thinking, direct communication and a bias toward shipping over polishing in private.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of financial reporting across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of budgeting & forecasting across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of compliance & audit across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of business partnering across the team's core initiatives.
• Take ownership of excel & erp across the team's core initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within D2C or an adjacent domain.
• Demonstrated strength in financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, compliance & audit.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and setting your own priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
