Job Summary
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a key management role responsible for the full spectrum of HR practices for both FSIPL and Nutriti Ingredients. This leadership position requires strategic direction and operational management of HR initiatives aligned with company policies to promote talent acquisition, development, and organizational culture. The CHRO will deliver strategic HR initiatives and oversee various HR interventions to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Organisation Development (OD): Lead strategic workforce planning, conduct annual organization health diagnostics, drive change management initiatives, and implement cross-functional collaboration programs.
- Performance Management: Design a continuous performance management system, implement quarterly performance reviews, establish recognition frameworks, and utilize people analytics.
- Culture Building: Define and embed core organizational values, launch culture initiatives, champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices, and implement employee engagement surveys.
- Talent Management: Build leadership development frameworks, create succession plans for critical roles, oversee talent acquisition, and strengthen the employer brand.
- HR Policy & Processes: Develop and upgrade HR policies, align compensation structures, and digitize HR processes for improved transparency.
- Employee Engagement & Well-being: Build engagement programs, integrate wellness initiatives, and establish career growth pathways.
- Digital Agility: Leverage digital technologies and data analytics to enhance HR processes and support organizational success.
- Best Practices: Continuously benchmark with industry best practices to upgrade HR policies and programs and enhance internal brand equity.
Qualifications
- Education: Tier 1 MBA Institutes
- Experience: 11-19 years of HR experience
- Skills:
- Strong people interaction, negotiation, and issue resolution capabilities.
- Proven track record in talent identification and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking with attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and values-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
Mix of Large Organization + Startup experience; Large Organization can be FMCG, FMCD, F&B and similar companies.
Environment
- The position is based in Andheri, Mumbai, and is likely to be a blend of in-office and strategic operational work.
