Job Summary

The E-Commerce Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth, scaling marketplace performance, and maximizing online sales across various platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of online marketplaces, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making to enhance profitability and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage growth and sales across e-commerce marketplaces and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to improve sales, visibility, and brand presence.
  • Optimize product listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and A+ product pages.
  • Monitor pricing, discounting, and margins while ensuring marketplace compliance.
  • Coordinate with category teams and marketplace managers for campaigns and visibility opportunities.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), sales trends, conversions, and return rates.
  • Manage the Shopify website, including product uploads, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or related tools.
  • Monitor inventory planning and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies to improve business performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce growth, marketplace management, or related roles.
  • Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with platforms such as Myntra, Nykaa, Nykaa Fashion, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • SEO Knowledge: Experience in SEO-based product listing optimization and A+ content creation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pricing strategy, promotions, inventory planning, and marketplace growth.
  • Fashion Experience: Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to balance strategy, execution, and performance optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketplace advertising platforms, Vendor Central, and seller dashboards.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as Content, Logistics, Customer Support, and Marketing.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce growth or marketplace management is required.

  • Location: On-site at Udyog Nagar, Nangloi, New Delhi.
  • Work Setting: A dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on achieving high-impact results.

Salary

Estimated salary range: ₹ 50,000 – ₹ 80,000 per month, based on experience.
