Role: Group Account Director (Brand Side)
<p>Exp Band: 8-12 Yrs.</p> <p>Portfolio</p> <p>Clients from sectors like FMCG, Fintech, Jewelry and Skin Care</p> <p>The role of a Group Account Director is to lead and maintain the relationship with their client(s) and guide the account team, providing overall direction and long-term growth opportunities. The GAD will have a bird’s-eye view on their accounts and will create conditions where others thrive and produce the best possible work.</p> <p> </p> The Group Account Director will help shape and work closely with their team to ensure clarity on the division of responsibilities and a ‘right person, right role’ skills-based approach. It is the GAD’s responsibility to set the tone and mood of the team and to manage the structure and dayto-day running of the account, efficiently engaging the different agency functions when appropriate. He/she will be well-versed in their clients’ brand and business, understating their business challenges and how they can be overcome through creative marketing ideas. The GAD must also be commercially minded, recognizing opportunities for ongoing profitability. <p> </p> <p>The Group Account Director constantly thinks three steps ahead, driving excellent client service and a culture of rock-solid delivery with the team. His/her mindset is to go beyond client expectations and consistently lead the team by example.</p>
