Role: Group Account Director (Brand Side)

<p>Exp Band: 8-12 Yrs.</p> <p>Portfolio</p> <p>Clients from sectors like FMCG, Fintech, Jewelry and Skin Care</p> <p>The role of a Group Account Director is to lead and maintain the relationship with their client(s) and guide the account team, providing overall direction and long-term growth opportunities. The GAD will have a bird&rsquo;s-eye view on their accounts and will create conditions where others thrive and produce the best possible work.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> The Group Account Director will help shape and work closely with their team to ensure clarity on the division of responsibilities and a &lsquo;right person, right role&rsquo; skills-based approach. It is the GAD&rsquo;s responsibility to set the tone and mood of the team and to manage the structure and dayto-day running of the account, efficiently engaging the different agency functions when appropriate. He/she will be well-versed in their clients&rsquo; brand and business, understating their business challenges and how they can be overcome through creative marketing ideas. The GAD must also be commercially minded, recognizing opportunities for ongoing profitability. <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Group Account Director constantly thinks three steps ahead, driving excellent client service and a culture of rock-solid delivery with the team. His/her mindset is to go beyond client expectations and consistently lead the team by example.</p>
