GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Managing all finance and accounting operations. Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling and finalization of audits.
• Ensuring Finalization of Accounts.
• Preparing monthly/ yearly budgets.
• Ensuring and Managing timely Statutory Payments i.e. (GST TDS, PF, ESIC & PT).
• Ensuring Inter Company Loans with following compliance.
• Liasoning with Banks, Internal & Statutory Auditors.
• Handling Accounts Payable & Receivables Management.
• Team Handling.
• Advising on Accruals / Provisional Income & Expense.
• Good Knowledge of (Ind As)
• Preparation of Balance sheet & Profit & Loss as per (Ind As)

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• CA Intermediate with graduate/postgraduate in commerce
SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Minimum 3 or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Candidate must have the prior experience in corporate companies only.
